Fast & FAb™ Antibody Conjugation Service
Using state of the art conjugation chemistry, we have the ability to label microgram to milligram amounts of your antibody with a variety of popular labels within 48 hours. High quality conjugates are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Antibody-Label optimization (Micro-optimizer™)
Use our proprietary technologies to enhance the performance of your labeled antibodies. By creating an array of trial conjugates (5 formulations per label) at low microgram scale (20µg per formulation) combined with selection by you in the assay of interest, the best possible conjugate can be attained.
PerfectSCALE™
All conjugates produced using our micro-optimization™ technology can be scaled over many orders of magnitude without the need for re-development of the process. The inherent simplicity of Innova’s technology means that exceptionally high yields are obtained, with minimal batch-to-batch variation, ensuring consistent performance with exceptionally high recovery.
Oli-Join™
Antibody-oligo hybrids are the next generation of tools in biomarker detection, overcoming sensitivity and linear range issues commonly encountered with standard antibody labels. Through our Oli-Join™ service, we have the expertise to conjugate an antibody directly to an oligonucleotide of any given sequence. Furthermore, we have the ability to create an oligo-conjugate using a small amount of antibody material – as low as 100ug.
Specialised Work
We can also carry out tailor designed work with dextrans, other scaffold molecules, and for production of antibody fragments.
