PhD Biochemist/Experienced Graduate
This is an exciting opportunity to work in Innova’s expanding research laboratories. You will be joining a team that has created world-beating antibody conjugation technologies (e.g. Lightning-Link®) and nanoparticles (e.g. InnovaCoat® Gold). We continue in our mission to provide innovative products for life science research.
You will probably have a biochemistry PhD or BSc with 1-5 years of experience in some of the following areas:
- Development of immunoreagents and/or immunoassays (e.g. ELISA, fluorescence assays, lateral flow or other diagnostic platforms)
- Protein purification/column chromatography (e.g. AKTA)
- Nanoparticle synthesis or modification
- Or contract R&D involving biomolecules
An eagerness to develop products for sale and the confidence to operate outside your comfort zone are essential qualities. You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of commitment in your career to date. Experience gained in a research products or diagnostics setting would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Production Scientist/Lab Technician
We are looking for an experienced lab technician or talented recent graduate (probably 0-2 years of experience) to work in our busy production labs and assembly area.
This position will involve all of the following:
- Production of current products, assembly of kits
- Preparation of buffers and reagents to support lab operations
- Other general laboratory duties
- Helping with the shipping of products to clients
Experience in the production of research reagents (e.g. antibodies, conjugates, assay reagents and enzymes) or working in a similar lab environment would be particularly useful, but is not essential.
