The Lightning-Link® Rapid Antibody Labeling System allows DyLight® dye conjugations to be set up in seconds, and used within minutes (less than 20 minutes). By circumventing the desalting or dialysis steps that commonly interrupt traditional protein labeling procedures, Lightning-Link® Rapid technology can be used to label small quantities of antibody with 100% recovery.

Dylight® Dye Label
DyLight® 488 provides green fluorescence for a wide array of fluorescence labeling-based applications. It has a strong absorption at 493nm, high fluorescence at 518nm (extinction coefficient 7.0 x104 cm-1M-1) and high quantum yield.
