ALLOPHYCOCYANIN cross linked (APC-XL)
Allophycocyanin is a large 105kDa fluorescent phycobiliprotein commonly used in FACS analysis. It absorbs at 650nm and emits at 662nm, but can be excited by either a dye laser (595-605nm), or a HeNe laser (633nm). APC has a high absorption coefficient of 7.0 x 105 cm^-1 M^-1 and quantum efficiency (0.68).

C-Phycocyanin (C-PC)
C-Phycocyanin is a lager 232kDa phycobiliprotein isolated from Spirulina sp, a blue green algae. Like other phycobiliproteins CPC is fluorescent, with a high absorption coefficient (2.5 x 106 cm^-1 M^-1), high quantum yield (0.84) and large stokes shift. Its absorption peak is at 620nm and its emission peak is at 647nm.

R-Phycocyanin (R-PC)
R-Phycoerythrin is a 100kDa phycobiliprotein isolated from red algae. It has an absorption peak at 617nm and an emission peak at 633nm. The protein has an extinction coefficient of 1.5 x 105 cm^-1 M^-1
