Cyanine Dye7 (Cy7) Cyanine Dye 7 (Cy7) has a strong absorption peak at 747nm. The maximum emission peak is at 776nm, with an excitation coefficient of 2.0 x105 cm-1 M-1.
Cy7 can be used as an alternative to Alexa Fluor 750 and DY-750.
