Anti-rabbit
AP conjugates are widely used in immunochemical
procedures such as ELISA, western blotting,
and immunocytochemistry.
The goat
antiserum used in the preparation of
this product is purified on rabbit-IgG
agarose to isolate the specific antibody
fraction that recognizes rabbit IgG.
AP conjugate is prepared by conjugating
the affinity purified Goat-anti-rabbit
IgG antibody to pure AP enzyme of very
high specific activity.
A 1/40,000
dilution of Goat anti-rabbit IgG/HRP
conjugate gives an OD of >1.0 after
10 min incubation at 22°C with pNPP
substrate.
