Goat-anti-mouse IgG alkaline phosphatase conjugate.
Anti-mouse
alkaline phosphatase conjugates are
widely used in immunochemical procedures
such as ELISA, western blotting, and
immunocytochemistry.
The goat
antiserum used in the preparation of
this product is purified on mouse-IgG
agarose to isolate the specific antibody
fraction that recognizes mouse IgG.
AP conjugate is prepared by conjugating
the affinity purified Goat-anti-mouse
IgG antibody to pure AP enzyme of very
high specific activity.
A 1/40,000
dilution of Goat anti-mouse IgG/HRP
conjugate gives an OD of >1.0 after
10 min incubation at 22°C with pNPP
substrate.
