Atto655 is one of a new generation of fluorescent labels. It has a strong absorption at 663nm, high fluorescence at 684nm (extinction coefficient 1.25 x105 cm-1M-1) and quantum yield (0.85).
Atto655 can be used as a substitute dye for FAR-Blue, Alexa Fluor 660 and Cy5
