Lightning-Link Atto611 Conjugation Kit
Atto611 is part of the new generation of fluorescent labels for the red spectral region. It has a strong absorption with its maximum at 611nm (and Extinction Coefficient of 1 x 105 M-1 cm-1), high fluorescence quantum yield with the maximum emission at 681nm, and an exceptionally large Stokes-Shift of 70nm.
Atto611 can be used as a substitute dye for Carboxynapthofluorescein, DY-610, LightCycler Red 640, BODIPY 630/650.
