We accept orders by phone, email or fax - see contact details below. Please quote your account number and purchase order number in any correspondence.

SHIPPING AND TAX
A minimum shipping charge of £10 applies to UK destinations and £25 to most overseas destinations. Deliveries that require dry ice will cost £60 to most (non-UK) European and American destinations. Delivery charges that are likely to be above £25 in total will be confirmed prior to shipment. Stock items are dispatched by express delivery on the same day or next day, depending on the time of order. Transit time is usually 24-48 hours for most European & North American destinations and 48-72 hours for Asian destinations.

CREDIT CARD ORDERING

Innova Biosciences accepts all major credit cards via Paypal.
If you wish to pay by credit card, please indicate on your order which type of card you will use, and include an email address to which a payment request should be sent. There is no need to include your credit card details with your order. You will receive an email requesting secure payment through the Paypal website. Please contact us using the contact details below if you wish to verify the authenticity of any payment request. For new customers, items will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
