Business Development Manager
Innova Biosciences Ltd (Cambridge, UK) is a pioneer in the area of bio-conjugation and offers the world’s easiest-to-use antibody conjugation products and unique services based on proprietary Lightning-Link™ conjugation technology. We are looking for someone with initiative, drive and enthusiasm to exploit the numerous commercial opportunities that are available. The BD Manager will be expected to support all the main BD functions, including development of relationships with strategic partners and key clients, expanding and managing our network of distributors; representing the company at conferences, prospecting for new business, and helping to formulate marketing materials/campaigns in order to drive sales.

The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced BD professional with 5 or more years of commercial experience in the Life Science area.  Excellent communication and marketing skills are required in order to build effective working relationships with external parties. Commercial experience gained in companies developing either diagnostics products or antibody reagents would be advantageous, as would experience of in-licensing/out-licensing of products and technologies. Candidates with exceptionally relevant lab experience (e.g. in antibody conjugation) combined with 2-4 years of commercial experience in the Life Science sector are also invited to apply.
