Sales & Marketing Assistant Job Description for Innova Biosciences

Main Duties

• Keeping the IBS website updated with technical and promotional content
• E-Marketing
• Website Optimisation & Google Adwords
• Client communication
• CRM administration
• Twitter + Facebook + social networking sites
• Sales Analysis
• Attendance at national and international exhibitions
• Liaison with marketing companies
• Technical copywriting
• Other administrative duties as required

Job challenges
This person should be able to translate technical copy into marketing speak and add this to the company website. They should be technically competent in a relevant scientific discipline, but be willing to be trained as a marketing professional. They should certainly be computer literate, familiar with Excel and Access database manipulation and of a dynamic personality with a creative bent.

• Salary – open to negotiation, dependent upon qualifications and experience
• Business travelling expenses paid
• Holidays – 24 days + bank holidays
• Training provided

Personal requirements

• Educational background in natural sciences i.e. Biology, Immunology, or similar (Bachelor of Science).
• Positive disposition and confident orator
• Quick learner
• IT literate
