Dr Nick Gee (CEO/CSO)
Nick is a biochemist with eighteen years experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry with Merck & Co., Amersham International, Schering-Plough and Warner-Lambert. He joined Warner-Lambert's research facility in Cambridge in 1991 and was Head of Protein Biochemistry and Assay Development from 1994-1999. Prior to founding Innova Biosciences Ltd in 2002, Nick was VP of Scientific Operations at Upstate Ltd in Dundee.

Lucy Block (Director)
Lucy was an Investment Manager at CRIL where she gained 10 years experience of funding and nurturing start up biotechnology ventures. During this time she was closely involved in establishing seven biotechnology start ups including Phico, where she is now a non-executive director. Prior to joining CRIL, Lucy worked for Cambridge University's technology transfer office. She has a BSc in Pharmacology from University College London and an MBA from Imperial College London.

Dr Steve Howell (Non-Exec Director)
Steve has over 20 years of experience in biotechnology. He is currently on the Senior Management team of Stirling Medical Innovations Ltd. Steve recently helped acquire the financing for and set up Stirling Medical. Stirling Medical is the home cardiology subsidiary of Inverness Medical Innovations Inc (AMEX: IMA) based in the US. Steve has held senior positions within Unipath Ltd and Unilever Plc where he was Research Director at Unipath and Head of Biorecognition at Unilever Research Colworth. While at Unipath Steve was responsible for setting up the company's Coagulation Programme. He has over 40 granted/patent applications and over 30 published scientific publications and also sits on the EPSRC peer review committee.
